There won't be any deductions if the service date is preponed or postponed 30 days or earlier before the planned date. Based on the hotel and transportation expenses of that specific time period, the cost of the service on the selected day will be determined.

  • 10% of the total package cost will be deducted at the time of booking confirmation and advance payment.
  • 10% of the total package cost will be deducted if the service is canceled 30 days prior to the commencement of the service.
  • 20% of the total package cost will be deducted if the service is canceled 15 days prior to the commencement of the service.
  • 50% of the total package cost will be deducted if the service is canceled 10 days prior to the commencement of the service.
  • 90% of the total package cost will be deducted if the service is canceled 48 hours prior to the commencement of the service.
  • 100% of the total package cost will be deducted if the service is canceled between 48 hours and the day of service.
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
Note: Cancellations made because of natural disasters, or any other form of force majeure are not eligible for a refund.
